3.4自2018年1月1日至今（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人具有3份芳綸應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域真空水平帶式水洗過(guò)濾機(jī)銷售業(yè)績(jī)，且單臺(tái)洗滌級(jí)數(shù)不少于12級(jí)（含）、單臺(tái)過(guò)濾面積不小于20m2（含）以及單臺(tái)芳綸干基處理量不低于300kg/h（含）。注：若制造商所提供業(yè)績(jī)涉及商業(yè)機(jī)密，可提供業(yè)績(jī)清單（業(yè)績(jī)名稱、合同簽訂時(shí)間、臺(tái)/套數(shù)、設(shè)備名稱），并由制造商承諾相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)真實(shí)有效，加蓋公章或企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人簽字。

3.5投標(biāo)人須根據(jù)自身情況，按照下列要求提供相應(yīng)證明材料：

3. Qualification requirements for the bidder

3.1 The bidder must come from the PRC or be equipment manufacturer or agent from the country or region having regular trade relations with the PRC.

3.3 The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank that opened the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date.

3.4From January 1, 2018 to now (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder should have three sales performances of Vacuum Horizontal Belt Washing Filter in the field of aramid fiber application, with the number of washing stages of not less than 12 (inclusive) per set, the filtration area of not less than 20m2 (inclusive) per set, and the dry basis processing capacity of aramid fiber of not less than 300kg/h (inclusive) per set. Note: If the performance provided by the manufacturer involves commercial secrets, it may provide a list of performance (performance name, contract signing time, number of units, equipment name), which shall be guaranteed by the manufacturer to be true and valid, and stamped with the official seal or signed by the corporate responsible person.

3.5 The bidder shall, according to his own circumstances, provide the corresponding supporting materials in accordance with the following requirements:
