1.Request PEACE submarine cable’s SLTE colocation service. The seller shall provide the buyer with colocation services that meet the following technical requirements, as detailed in the following table. The first order shall meet the buyer"s installation requirements of 3T SLTE. Site Name Cabinet Space Size Minimum Requirement（mm） Term Order release Cabinets quantity The minimum power consumption requirements for total Cabinets are as follow (Price must include electricity consumption) Minimum power breaks requirement access to PDU remark Singapore Global Switch 600mm x 1200mm x 45U 10 years First Order will be placed in 2024 1 3.41KW (3T SLTE equipment upgrade) AC socket 13 x 8amp The colocation site needs to provide 600mm x 1200mm x 45U size cabinet. Needs to provide DC power supply and on-site technical maintenance services & managed services Following order Will be placed according to buyer requirement 1 5.67KW (6T SLTE equipment upgrade) AC socket 17 x 8amp Following order Will be placed according to buyer requirement 2 8.10KW (8.7T SLTE equipment upgrade) AC socket 23 x 8amp 2.Eligible Suppliers All suppliers are eligible to submit proposals and quotes for the RFP. CUG reserve the right to request for prequalification. a) Tenderer must be an independent legal entity or other organization registered and legally established in any country or region in the world, Tenderer must provide the copy of registration document. b) Tenderer can provide valid invoices in accordance with the China Unicom financial department. c) Tenderer must promise there is no related record/behavior in past 3 years. (1) win the bid by deception (2) serious breach the contract. (3) have critical quality issue or safety problem in other projects. d) Tenderer needs to have good bank credit, business reputation and strong comprehensive strength, and can meet the requirements of purchaser.
